  • Customized workout plans tailored to client goals

  • Check-ins every week, month, and at random (via SMS)

12-Week Transformation

This is a goal with a deadline. This is the “I have a wedding in 12 weeks and I need to be lean and mean” example. High octane. High urgency. High accountability. In the early stages, I will be checking in regularly. But for the later, I will be checking in everyday. You will reach your goal.

  • 1-hour sessions that include weights, cardio, and flexibility (based on needs)

  • Check-ins (tri-weekly/everyday)

Meal Prep Crash Course

Ono-on-one coaching on how to cook and prepare smart, balanced meals that will keep you on-track towards your health and wellness goals. Convenience is key. Effort level is low. And, just as with everything else, can be tweaked according to your preferences, lifestyle, restrictions, or limitations.
