Our Story

 

At esser, we believe there is a better way to do personal training. A more personalized, less cookie-cutter “one size fits all” system, where each client’s individual needs/goals can be met with an approach that caters to each client’s unique lifestyle, preferences, restrictions, and so on.

It’s all about finding what works for you. And, together, we can find that!

We know that everyone is different. And we understand that you’re busy. That’s why, at esser, we remain available throughout the term of the plan, readily available to address any questions, concerns, or requested changes, whenever they come to mind. 

We lay out all of the steps. You just have to follow them.

When creating custom-built plans for our clients, an assortment of factors are taken into account. This way, we are able to construct a totally personalized plan which optimizes client progression. If a change needs to be made, we make it. If you absolutely must have “Frosted Flakes” for breakfast every morning, we can make that work, too. [Serving size may vary]!
